The woman injured in a Janesville domestic murder-suicide on June 17 died on Monday, bringing the death toll to four in the incident, Janesville police reported.
The Rock County Medical Examiner's Department on Wednesday identified the woman as Haylee R. Lounsbury, 21, of Janesville.
Lounsbury was pronounced dead at a local hospital on Monday and the cause and manner of death are pending, the medical examiner’s department said.
No additional information will be released at this time, police said in a statement on Wednesday.
Three people were killed and the fourth person was critically injured in the incident about 10:45 a.m. last Tuesday at the Aspen Square apartments, 2605 N. Pontiac Drive.
Officers found a firearm near one of the people who died and the preliminary investigation determined that one of the people shot the other three before taking their own life, and that the shootings stemmed from a domestic relationship between two of the people.
The medical examiner’s department on Friday identified the three people who died at the scene as Julia K. Cvicker, 25, Jahvarius J. Wicks, 21, and Scott M. Roberts, 55, all of Janesville.
The fourth person was not identified, and authorities did not say which person was the shooter.
