CMA Fest, presented by SoFi, is coming soon to Nashville with a packed lineup of performances and activities, according to News Channel 5 which provides essential information for attendees planning their visit. The festival will be entirely cashless, so visitors should prepare by setting up digital payment methods or bringing credit cards. Gates at Nissan Stadium's Main Stage open at 6:30 p.m. daily, while entry to the Riverfront Stage begins one hour before the first performance for general attendees. News Channel 5 reports that re-entry rules vary by venue - it's allowed at Fan Fair X, Riverside Retreat premium area and outdoor daytime stages, but not permitted at Nissan Stadium or Ascend Amphitheater.

The festival offers free hydration stations throughout the grounds, which will be crucial as weather is expected to be hot. For accessibility needs, a free ADA Shuttle service will run from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. each day, picking up at every shuttle stop within the festival area. KultureCity will provide two Sensory Stations with rooms and kits including noise-canceling headphones and fidget items, as detailed by News Channel 5's comprehensive guide for festival-goers.

Fan Fair X, located inside Music City Center, will feature performances from '90s and 2000s country favorites alongside emerging artists from June 5-8, 2025, as The Tennessean highlights in their coverage of the upcoming event. The indoor venue will run daily from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT, with doors opening at 10:00 a.m. CT. Single-day tickets are available for $14 through Ticketmaster. Special Artist of the Day programming will showcase Trisha Yearwood on June 6 and Rascal Flatts on June 7, both artists with anticipated album releases in summer 2025. The Tennessean notes that Rascal Flatts' first album in eight years, "Life Is A Highway: Refueled Duets," arrives June 6 featuring collaborations with artists like the Backstreet Boys and Kelly Clarkson.

Trisha Yearwood's upcoming album "The Mirror" represents her first work as vocalist, producer and songwriter, scheduled for release on July 18, 2025, via Virgin Music Group. According to The Tennessean, this deal brings Yearwood back to MCA Nashville, her original label home from 1990 through 2006. The CMA Close Up Stage will host various events including Amazon Music's "Country Heat Weekly" Live featuring Parker McCollum on Thursday and Dasha on Sunday, while other notable programs include a Women of Opry NextStage event and a bluegrass showcase presented by the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.

The Country Note reports that Fan Fair X will be "the ultimate destination for unique fan experiences" during CMA Fest, offering opportunities for fans to connect with their favorite country artists through hundreds of sessions and performances. Programming at Fan Fair X is first-come, first-served, so planning ahead is recommended, with meet-and-greet schedules soon to be available on the Official CMA Connect App. The acoustic Spotlight Stage inside Fan Fair X will feature performances from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM Thursday through Sunday, with dozens of artists scheduled including Dawson Anderson, Devon Beck, Mary Heather Hickman, and many others as detailed by The Country Note's comprehensive performer listing.

Beyond the music, CMA Fest supports a good cause, with all artists performing for free to benefit the CMA Foundation. The Country Note emphasizes that a portion of ticket proceeds will fund high-quality music education programs across the United States. With construction ongoing at Nissan Stadium, parking will be limited, so standard and ADA parking options can now be purchased through Ticketmaster. SoFi Plus members will enjoy premium benefits during the festival, as The Country Note mentions, allowing them "to unlock the ultimate first-class treatment in Music City." New official CMA Fest merchandise is available for pre-order online, with a May 16 deadline to ensure delivery before the festival begins.
