Chicago West Loop has begun construction on a 42-unit luxury condominium that is predicted to be completed by summer/fall 2021.
Directly across from Skinner Park, the luxurious condominiums at 1400 W. Monroe St. offer West Loop residents a modern-sophisticated place to call home. Set on a quiet tree-lined residential street, Monroe is in close proximity to a number of parks — including a dog park — as well as local schools and the lure of downtown.
The developer, JK Equities, began construction over the summer, with Summit Design + Build in charge of the construction. WOLF Development Strategies' lead sales of the property have remained consistent, despite the protracted economic downturn.
1400 Monroe offers two, three- and four-bedroom layouts, with the building’s last four-bedroom penthouse currently on the market for $2.495 million.
