The ‘Mozart Immersive: Soul of a Genius’ exhibit has been captivating visitors at the historic Lighthouse Artspace building since March. Mozart lovers visiting the exhibit have been able to experience the ethereal light and music display that runs through nine scenes with dramatic visuals, and of course, several of the renowned composer’s most famous pieces.

The show takes place in one central room and extends into two adjoining spaces, all adorned with mirror structures for optimal viewing angles and a 360-degree experience. The entire ordeal is mentally stimulating, with many parts being hypnotic and meditation-like and others more energetic and lively.

Patrons can choose to experience the vivid display in several ways. Chairs are scattered throughout the main room for sitting, but some may also opt to observe from the floor. A few enthusiastic visitors have stood and danced in the smaller rooms to indulge in a more interactive experience.
Immersive Paint & Sip
Last month, the exhibit hosted three Paint & Sip art classes led by instructor Talia Prilutsky. Prilutsky has an extensive art background, having participated in several local art shows and being published in Art & Beyond magazine. Painters could sip wine and listen to Mozart while creating a Viennese-inspired masterpiece.
