About the Chicago Architecture Center

The Chicago Architecture Center reopened July 3 and announced updates to its Chicago and Drake Family Skyscraper galleries, including the addition of more than 30 new models.

Center visitors must wear face coverings over their nose and mouth at all times, stay at least six feet apart from other visitors and center staff, share restrooms with a maximum of one other visitor at a time, wash their hands frequently and use elevators alone or with one other individual with whom they have isolated. Visitors are also required to enter the building via East Wacker Drive and exit through the design store into the Illinois Center and Chicago Pedway. Cash alternatives are encouraged for transactions.
