The early bird gets the immersive dance party. Daybreaker, a global dance movement and wellness community, is bringing yoga and early-morning dancing to the Field Museum this March. The event is a combination day rave, fitness party, and dance club. The morning kicks off with yoga and meditation sessions and ends with live DJ performances, breakfast bites, and other fun surprises.

Part of a nationwide tour built around the theme of togetherness, the event emphasizes the importance of belonging, friendship, and real social connections to support a meaningful life and heal the world. The predawn party aims to bring people together and create a judgment-free, inter-generational, and inter-everything dance floor.

The day starts with a magical yoga practice scored by live musicians, followed by a dance party and theatrical show. Elliott LaRue, acclaimed performer and musician, will be on the mic, and several community catalysts are set to work the room and activate the participants.
