Looking for a fun and free way to break up your week? Adler Planetarium opens its doors to Illinois residents for free every Wednesday from 4 p.m. - 10 p.m.

Adler at Night offers hands-on activities, experiences, and shows for all ages. Visitors can explore the moon, search for a new ninth planet, take a fast-paced solar system tour, get to know the sky above Chicago, and fly through the stars at impossible speeds in state-of-the-art theaters. Adler's award-winning sky shows are not to be missed.

Illinois residents can visit the museum free on Wednesday evenings with proof of residency. Visitors can also purchase tickets in advance for access to sky shows and other special experiences.

Adler at Night is a great time to stop by for free activities for kids, to learn more about space, or to take in the amazing view of the Chicago skyline.
