Starting on Saturday, July 12, First Lady in Chicago, formerly known as Mercury Skyline Cruise, invites dog lovers and their furry companions aboard the beloved Canine Cruise. The popular excursion offers residents and visitors a unique opportunity to explore the city from its waterways while spending quality time with their pets. Running through October on weekend mornings, guests can indulge in a 90-minute tour filled with a vivid narration of Chicago’s history and architecture.
The Canine Cruise is meticulously designed for both humans and dogs. According to the press release, dogs can comfortably relax with their owners on the open-air upper deck, which offers breathtaking views as they sail along the Chicago River and Lake Michigan. To ensure everyone’s comfort, the cruise provides water bowls for pets, while humans can access a full-service bar and snack bar.
