This August the Supertri Chicago Triathlon will race through the windy city, bringing two full days of sportsmanship and action-packed athletics from August 24-25.

The Chicago Triathlon, hosted by Supertri, is one of the largest triathlons in the United States, drawing more than 8,500 participants and thousands of spectators to the city.

The course follows an epic path beginning with a swim through the waters of Lake Michigan, a 6.2-mile bike ride, and a 1.5-mile run through the streets of downtown Chicago. The triathlon boasts a high level of accessibility and is open to seasoned participants and beginners alike.

This year Supetri, host of the Triathlon, is hosting a new event for the Chicago race in which some of the world’s best athletes will come together to complete the course just weeks after competing in the 2024 Olympics.

Supertri will also host a special kids course, in which children will have the opportunity to complete their kid-friendly competition.

“Supertri has set the benchmark for triathlon and turned the passion of our founders of creating a true spectator sport into a reality”, said Supertri CEO and Co-Founder, Michael D’hulst in a statement.

“Our vision is to ‘Inspire The Competitor In Everyone’, and nobody does this better than the amazing professional athletes that will come into Supertri off the back of the Olympics and be ready to go full gas from the start.”

Registration for the Supertri Chicago Triathlon is now open. Visit Supertri’s official site to register today.
