The combination of Lou Malnati’s legendary deep dish recipe with Portillo’s slow-roasted Italian beef and peppers quickly made this culinary hit the company’s highest selling limited time pizza in its 52-year history. Available in two options, Lou Malnati’s x Portillo’s Deep Dish Pizza features Lou Malnati’s flaky, buttery pizza crust, vine-ripened plum tomatoes, and Wisconsin mozzarella, topped with Portillo’s homemade and slow-roasted Italian beef.

Customers can choose either Portillo’s homemade sweet peppers or hot giardiniera for a spicy kick. The nine-inch deep dish pizzas are made from scratch by Lou Malnati’s and flash frozen to preserve their freshness.
