Here are the best 15 songs of all time—without question! Disagree? Let us know

Here it is. After a not-so-careful analysis and a scientific polling of just one (me!), I have the pleasure to report, right here on our very own Chicago Star website, the unquestionable, inarguable 15 most classic songs of all time.

Classic, iconic, memorable, long-lasting—whatever term you would like to choose, these are the 15. In no particular order, they’re the 15 that stand above the rest.

Classics that have lived on forever. For lyrics, tune, melodies, meaning—again, whatever the criteria you choose, below is the ultimate list.

Feel free to share with friends, families, or even enemies. What better way than music to bring adversaries together? You put Vladimir Putin, Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and DonaldTrump together and play the soothing melodic tunes of “Bridge Over Troubled Water” or the upbeat positivity of ABBA’s “Dancing Queen,” and how could you not have peace at last?
