Former Chicago Bulls center Nikola Vučević and his wife, Nikoletta, have put their Lincoln Park townhome on the market for $5.2 million, according toThe Real Deal. The six-bedroom, 5,245-square-foot home sits in a luxury mixed-use development behind Lincoln Park Twenty Five Fifty at 451 West Deming Place.
Vučević, a 6-foot-9 Montenegro native, played for the Bulls from 2021 until February, when the team traded him to the Boston Celtics, according to the report. Per theChicago Tribune, he now plays for the Orlando Magic.
The couple bought the home in 2022 for $4.75 million through their Biki Holdings company, the sources reported, the Chicago Tribune confirmed.

Inside the home
According to The Real Deal, the home was built in 2015 and sits on an extra-wide lot with access to a 1.25-acre park. Interior features include five bathrooms, custom millwork, an oversized butler’s pantry with a wine center, commercial-grade appliances, and an eat-in kitchen with custom cabinets, the report notes.
Other details include high ceilings, large windows, built-ins, an elevator, a great room, two dishwashers, quartzite countertops and a family room with a fireplace, per the Chicago Tribune. The primary suite has a dressing room, two walk-in closets, heated floors and an oversized steam shower.

A private terrace opens to the park, and the top floor includes a recreation room with a wet bar and a second terrace. The townhome carried a $95,519 property tax bill in the 2025 tax year and a $2,071 monthly homeowners association fee, according to the outlets.
Chicago-area luxury homes in Lincoln Park have been moving quickly amid tight inventory and strong demand, with bidding wars common. Homes.com put the median single-family selling price in the neighborhood at $2.7 million, The Real Deal confirmed.
Another former Bull, Billy Donovan, also listed a home he and his wife bought in 2021 for $4.5 million.
