Eversley and his wife, Jennifer Delvecchio, bought the brick-and-limestone house in September 2020 for $1.61 million, according to the Cook County Clerk, as reported by Crain’s Chicago Business. The asking price is about 43% above what they paid, Crain’s confirmed.
The home was listed on Tuesday, June 16, and is represented by Sherri Hoke of Jameson Sotheby’s International Real Estate, according to Crain’s. The Tribune reported that it was first built in 2001 and sits on a slightly larger-than-standard lot.
Inside the Lakeview house
The 4,750-square-foot luxury home has 3 1/2 bathrooms, four fireplaces, a rooftop deck, and a second deck above the detached garage, Crain’s and the Tribune noted. According to the Tribune, it also includes a lower-level home theater, a third-floor rec room, vaulted skylights, and a primary suite with custom closet cabinetry and a heated bathroom floor.
Hoke told Crain’s the house went through two rounds of rehab, including kitchen updates in 2020 and again in 2024. Those changes included a quartz waterfall island, new fixtures, upper cabinets extended to the ceiling, and new flooring.

“It’s move-in ready,” Hoke said, per Crain’s.
The Tribune also reported that the kitchen has quartz countertops, a touchless sink, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and a wine refrigerator. The detached, heated 2.5-car garage has a roof deck and a 6-foot security fence.
Eversley was fired by the Bulls in April after six seasons, during which the team went 224-254 and made one playoff appearance, according to Crain’s. The Tribune first reported the listing.
