Christine Chiu has put her Los Angeles home back on the market for nearly $12 million, reducing the asking price by about $1.8 million from its earlier listing. The Hancock Park real estate property is now priced at $11.995 million after first being offered for $13.8 million in early 2025 and later withdrawn, according to Robb Report.

Chiu, a cast member and co-executive producer of Netflix’s reality TV show “Bling Empire,” owns the house with her husband, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Gabriel Chiu. Per the report, the couple bought the 1927 Italian Mediterranean Revival residence for $8.3 million in 2019 and completed an extensive renovation, including updates to the formal rooms and the conversion of a spare room into a playroom for their son, Gabriel Chiu III, who is known on the show as “Baby G.”

A renovated Hancock Park estate

Set behind gates and hedge-lined walls on nearly half an acre, the two-story home covers about 9,000 square feet, Robb Report confirmed. It includes six en suite bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, along with chevron-patterned oak floors, custom de Gournay and Gracie wall coverings, detailed ceiling moldings and French doors that open toward the grounds.

According to Yahoo Life, a white arched stone entrance leads to a foyer with a curved floating staircase that has appeared in the family’s holiday photos. Inside, the formal dining room features mahogany paneling, while the living room centers on a carved stone fireplace.

The primary suite includes extensive closet space for Chiu’s haute couture collection. Baby G’s playroom features a black-and-white mural of Los Angeles landmarks, Yahoo Life said.
