Get your appetite ready because the city is gearing up for its 17th annual Chicago Restaurant Week. Starting on Friday, January 19 through Sunday, February 4, Chicago will showcase over 400 restaurants in the city’s award-winning culinary scene.

The 17-day celebration will kick off with a First Bites Bash on Thursday, January 18 at the Field Museum. The bash will include an all-inclusive tasting event where guests can enjoy gourmet appetizers and samples from various restaurants, sip on wine, beer, and spirits from top brands, all while exploring exhibits after hours from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

There will also be a First Bites Bash After Party held at Hubbard Inn starting at 9 p.m. If you show your event wristband at the door, you will receive a complimentary drink ticket that will allow you to choose from a selection of beer, wine, seltzers or cocktails.

During Restaurant Week dining guests can visit participating locations and enjoy special prix fixe menus for brunch ($25), lunch ($25) and dinner ($42 or $59) throughout the city and nearby suburbs. Reservations are not needed for this special event but are highly encouraged. Check out the list of which establishments will be joining in on the fun.
