The limited edition menu will be available September 15-17 for Rosh Hashanah and September 24-25 for Yom Kippur
Lure Fishbar brings the flavors of the coast to Chicago in a luxurious and atmospheric culinary display. The world-class seafood restaurant offers the freshest fish options from around the globe, and this September they’ve curated a limited time menu for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, as well as its “Haute Happy Meal” special.
A subsidiary of New York City-based Mercer Street Hospitality, Lure Fishbar debuted its long-awaited Chicago location in 2021, after delaying plans to open in 2020 when pandemic restrictions left restaurants in limbo. Founder John McDonald previously told Eater Chicago that the group chose to wait out the imposed dining limitations, not wanting to present Chicago with a “watered down” version of the Lure experience.
Fast forward two years, and the restaurant has solidified itself as a stronghold within Chicago’s burgeoning downtown culinary scene. While best known for its raw oyster selection and first-rate sushi program, Lure has something to offer every palette.

Lure accommodates guests with a balanced ambiance and exceptional service. Low lighting and soft music compliment the lushly furnished dining area, where guests can lounge in cushioned booths or dine along the sushi bar.
At Lure, Chicagoans should expect to try something new, with menu highlights including seafood delicacies seldom found in the prairies of the Midwest. Enjoy the subtle flavors of sea urchin served with a bed of bucatini pasta and blue crab, or Asian Snapper Fish paired with spicy ginger and stir-fried vegetables. For an authentic taste of the east coast, try fresh lobster roll in a warm brioche bun or succulent Atlantic oysters.

No fine seafood menu would be complete without caviar, and Lure does not disappoint. With Lure’s caviar service, guests can choose from three fine varieties paired with creme fraiche, toasted baguette points, and garnishes.
This September, Lure is introducing a selection of curated dishes in celebration of Rosh Hashanah (September 15-17) and Yom Kippur (September 24-25). Burrata and Heirloom Tomatoes, Garlic Roasted Chicken, and Potato Latkes with Smoked Salmon and Caviar are just some of the limited edition specials available during each holiday.
Lure is also offering their “Haute Happy Meal'' special on September 18 in honor of National Cheeseburger Day. For one day, Lure will offer a carryout window option for their fan-favorite cheeseburger, which includes two smash patties, fried onion, sliced pickles, Lure’s secret sauce, and a side of parmesan truffle fries.
