The Mile High Cocktail Club fuses the vibrant spirit of Mexico City with the culinary finesse of Four Seasons Hotel Chicago’s Chef Olimpia Calderon Ibarra. According to the press release, highlights include Latin-inspired dishes and drinks, such as oysters with tequila lime granita and octopus tostadas. This season’s menu also reintroduces the fan-favorite Olive Oil Gimlet and new additions like the Tarragon Fizz, along with exclusive Patron tequila cocktails crafted for this residency.
The adventure begins at the 7th-floor Adorn Bar, where guests receive a welcome drink before heading upstairs to the speakeasy.
