The Japan America Society of Chicago (JASC), a dedicated non-profit focused on fostering Japanese-American relations through cultural and educational activities, is set to host a series of mouthwatering events featuring renowned social media influencer, Kimono Mom. Known for her engaging YouTube channel that delights over 3.2 million followers, Kimono Mom shares insights into her life as a mother while showcasing the art of cooking traditional Japanese dishes, often incorporating her unique "Umami Sauce."
Kimono Mom will grace Chicago with her presence from late July through early August 2025. During this visit, she will participate in four different events that promise to engage, educate, and entertain attendees. According to the JASC website, the activities include an immersive cooking class, an intimate meet-and-greet, and the exclusive sale of limited-edition food items featuring her special Umami Sando Japanese-Inspired Chicken Sandwich.
