Lady Gaga’s former New York City penthouse is on the market for nearly $7 million, bringing a high-profile address in Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen back into the spotlight. The duplex, listed through Douglas Elliman, spans about 3,700 square feet and includes four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a powder room, according to PEOPLE.
The asking price is $7 million, while the listing describes the residence as Penthouse C, per Robb Report. Property records cited by PEOPLE show that the home last sold for $6.1 million in 2018. Lydia Sussek, Pamela Nichols and David Troutman of Douglas Elliman represent the sellers.

A spacious duplex with Manhattan views
The home occupies the top two floors of the former Hit Factory building. Its layout includes two bedroom suites on the main level, an office that could serve as a fourth bedroom, and an upper-level primary suite with a skylight, large windows, and a walk-in closet.
The residence also features a renovated kitchen with white marble counters, a double-height foyer, 12-foot ceilings and a great room with a marble fireplace. The primary bathroom includes a glass-enclosed shower and a deep soaking tub, according to Robb Report.
One of the property’s main attractions is an approximately 1,100-square-foot private terrace, Robb Report confirmed. The outdoor space overlooks the Manhattan skyline and Hudson River. The home also comes with a deeded parking space, a rare feature in this part of the city.

From recording studio to condominium
Gaga is not the only celebrity linked to the apartment. Carmelo Anthony, Amar’e Stoudemire and Tracy Morgan have also called the residence home, according to Robb Report and PEOPLE. The publications noted that it is unclear whether some of the celebrities owned or rented the property.
The building’s history adds another layer to the listing. The Hit Factory opened at 421 West 54th Street in the 1970s and hosted artists including Michael Jackson, Madonna, Bruce Springsteen, the Rolling Stones and John Lennon, PEOPLE reported.
The studio closed in 2005. The seven-story building was later converted into a 27-unit condominium, which sold out in 2011. Residents now have access to a doorman, resident manager, gym, and storage.
